For sale:
80" Softtop; 1952-model; LHD; 1997cc. Very nice and original project. It came from Danmark and was used by a Garage from 1968 till 1975 and then parked up. They sold it in 1992 to a car museum where it was kept till last year.
The car is very original, under bonnet everything there, correct carb, distibutor, aircleaner etc, original dash, D-lights; seats etc. The engine runs really nice and it drives smooth and gearbox, clutch and steering feels nice. Brakes don't work so couldn't be tested on the road; just a drive in the field. Body is nice and straight. Still it's Original tilt fitted. Most of the electric works
This would be an easy and very complete restoration project or to get back on the road as is. Brakes needs sorting, exhaust, tyres etc. The chassis looks quite solid but needs some work to gearbox crossmember (this has been repaired already) and some smaller areas to repair. Bulkhead has some work done before. Not the nicest repair and it also needs welding now. One door pillar; under steeringbox and toprail is rusted. If you want to leave the car as is; this could be repaired as is; just a part of the history; but we have also a better bulkhead included. This also needs some work at the normal areas; but this is not much welded yet.
Price is €4250,- including the spare bulkhead. (ca GBP 3850,-)
