I’m looking for my old Series 1 109 tilt Landy that I sold in 2004 on e-bay; It was a sad day (my 40th Birthday). The registration on the plates at the time was TTO 109; this had been transferred and in the reg the DVLA had given it at the time did have the number 109.
It was blue with a de-lux interior and a blue tilt. The chap who bought it said it was going to Denmark. This Land Rover was special then and I had fallen on bad times (still poor now) and had to sell it but I want it back for a special reason.
It was given to me by a good friend who has since died; he was the Pilot of the helicopter that crashed in London. If anyone knows the whereabouts of “my Landy” please let me know.
