The wife and I have a few questions about the träff in Ebeltoft and hopefully somebody here can help us.

Where is Ebeltoft Zoo? Yes, I can figure it's in Ebeltoft ;-)) but looking on their homepage, I didn't see any directions getting there, is it mark in town? or will there be Land Rover signs marking the way there? (We'll be taking the ferry over from Odden)

How is the camping there? Again, no pictures on Ebeltoft Zoo homepage, we wanted to see what it looked like.

How many Land Rovers are you guys expecting to be at the träff this year? Will it be around the same number as Norway last summer of 272 or more?

I have a friend who plans to just show up (he's traveling with us) to the traff on the 23rd and staying for a few days, he didn't do any bookings over the internet, will it be a problem for him to simply drop in and register?

Are there any of the big Land Rover magazines going to be there?

The adresses to be used is:
Faergevejen 161, 8400 Ebeltoft (harbour)
Stubbe Soevej 15, 8400 Ebeltoft. (Zoo)

On their own homepage, they describe driving directions from the Ebeltoft Færgehavn like this:

"From Ebeltoft Ferryharbour: Follow the signs to Tirstrup, in Øksenmølle go right towards Gravlev and then follow the signs to Ebeltoft Zoo."

It's about a 20 minutes drive.

Ooops, it doesn't make a huge differnce, but the adress at the Ferry port is:

Faergevejen 60 - and not 161.

But I can guide you straight trough it here.

Off the ferry, follow the road through Ebeltoft city, once youre past the city, take a right turn against Tirstrup. The right turn is not to miss, it's the first real road to the right - a parking lot with a childrens playarea is situated right before the turn. Follow the road towards Tirstrup, after a sharp left corner (crossing a small creek) you have to make a right towards Gravlev. It's a small road and it's located right after an old white house on the right, and across from a white farm. Signs to the Zoo are posted from here on.

Now, just to get the landy ready. I just ordered a clutch kit from England, I should have it in 5 working days and get it installed before leaving. (My clutch , more like the release bearing, sounds like it's ready to fall off.)
